Jonah Stinson is a geographer and emergency manager with an affinity for linking landscape patterns and processes with improved community resiliency. Jonah completed his graduate work in 2009 and has been teaching at Western since 2010. He has a variety of collaborative experience in both public and private sectors, and has worked on local, state, federal, and international projects. When not immersed in the world of disaster risk reduction, he spends his free time climbing mountains, seeing live music, and traveling.
