Environmental Restoration Work Party

In collaboration with the City of Bellingham and 52 volunteers, we were able to plant 133 shrubs and 10 trees! We removed over 10 cubic yards of invasive species like Himalayan BlackBerry, English Holly, and English Ivy and spread approximately 15 cubic yards of mulch.

It was so much fun to be able to meet everyone and spend time in the sun at Fairhaven Park to do some restoration. If you weren’t able to join us this time, keep an eye out for more community work parties to come!
