When I'm not in class, I really enjoy running on trails in the Chuckanuts, yoga, cooking, and being with friends.
Minor
Math--I'm really interested in how math can apply to environmental science.

Favorite class/internship/project
Summer before my senior year, I'll be working in Woods Hole, Massachusetts, at the Northeast Fisheries Science Center for my NOAA Hollings internship. For my project I'll be building and deploying satellite tracked drifters (for recording surface currents), as well as working on ways to visualize these drifter tracks (http://www.nefsc.noaa.gov/drifter/).
