Washington Housing Crisis Case Study: Snohomish County

In this presentation, Chris will present the relationship of housing affordability and housing availability, and how the landscape of price has shifted in Snohomish County since 2000, from which we can then study Washington State. The presentation will look at various impacts, individual and social, that are seen as a result of the worsening housing crisis. The presentation will discuss how change happens, and what levels of government have what part to play in the broad solution, and how a failure to act has led to the crisis in the first place.
