ESRI User Conference
The annual ESRI User Conference is the world's larges GIS event. It is typically held in San Diego in July. For 2021 the UC will a Virtual Event. As such, it is free for anyone with a WWU ArcGIS Online user account (including recent graduates). (If you don't have a WWU ArcGIS Online user account see: https://huxley.wwu.edu/sal/wwu-arcgis-user-accounts).

To register for the July 12-15, 2021 ESRI User Conference:
- Go to UC web site
- Click the Sign-In link (upper right hand corner)
- Use the Your ArcGIS Organization's URL option (formerly the Enterprise Login option)
- Do not the default ArcGIS Login option
- Enter wwu for your Organization's URL and click Continue
- Enter your WWU user name (or, if that doesn't work, your WWU email address)
- Enter your WWU password
- Click the Register now link (center of the UC page)
- On the Registration Details page, scroll down and click "General Attendee"
- If prompted, click the My ESRI link to update your account information
- Use your personal address and phone number
- Organization = Western Washington University
- Functional Role = Student (or Educator for faculty)
- Industry = Higher Education
- If necessary, go to the Registration page (again)
- Under All Access, click the Register Now link (again) (not the Student Access option)
- If prompted click the Sign In with your account link
- Fill out the Virtual Registration form:
- If requested, you are registering Yourself
- Check: Virtual UC General Attendee - $0
- Customer Number = 146620
- Fill out the Tell Us About Yourself and Topics sections
- Click on the Proceed button
- Click the Consent boxes
- Click the Submit button
- Click the My UC button to verify that your registration is complete
- You should receive a confirmation email from ESRI, with further information to follow.
