Chris Collier

A Washington State native, Chris is the Housing Authority of Snohomish County’s Director of Government Relations.  He received his BS in Information Technology from Central Washington University in 2004, and a Master’s in Public Administration from The Evergreen State College in 2012.  Prior to his current role, Chris worked at NASA’s Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, as well as in the office of former Governor Jay Inslee in constituent services.  He has lived far and wide in his career, including Washington DC, Texas, Arizona, Olympia, and many points in between, including time overseas. He began working at HASCO in 2016 and lives in Mukilteo with his wife and two sons.
